LEADERSHIP

F3 is not a workout organization that happens to develop leaders. It's a leadership organization that happens to use workouts as the gateway.

The Shared Leadership Team keeps the region accelerating across all three F's and gives men opportunities to grow as leaders. The SLT exists to develop leaders, build community, and make sure we are constantly planting, growing, and serving. Positions rotate on staggered two-year terms.

Interested in serving?

You don't need to be next in line for an open position to speak up. If you are interested in serving in any future leadership role, say so now — leadership succession is part of keeping the region healthy. None of these positions is overly time-consuming. The only requirement is a passion for the F3 movement.

Reach out to Neo or any current SLT member, or read the full description of every SLT role.
